Sloppy Pineapple Cake
Ingredients:
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 16-ounce can crushed pineapple
Directions:
Mix ingredients in an ungreased 9x13-inch pan (I use an oil spray and lightly coat the pan even though it states it is not necessary--my friend does not). Mix all ingredients with a fork, slowly at first. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Begin making the topping about 7 minutes before the cake is done because you need to boil it for 5 minutes.

Ingredients:
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk (I freeze the other half for another time)
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a non-stick sauce pan (my friend doubles the topping, all except the sweetened condensed milk). Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Pour boiling mixture directly onto the hot, out of the oven cake. Poke a few holes in the cake so that the mixture can soak in.
