BEST BLUEBERRY CAKE


1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. milk
4 c. fresh blueberries

1. Cream butter and sugar.

2. Add eggs and blend well.

3. Mix dry ingredients and add alternately with milk until smooth.

4. Add berries gently.

5. Bake in 350 degree oven in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan for about 40 minutes or until tests done with straw. Cool and sprinkle with 10X sugar.
